Arnold is riding across the Texas Oil Fields! He’s seeing lots of ‘Nodding Donkey’ oil pumps.
He says they are quite hypnotic if you watch them for long. Up and Down, Up and Down, they go.
Further on, he met an oil worker, drilling a new well, so he stopped to see if they hit anything.
Gosh! They got a gusher! Stand back, or you’ll be covered in it!
