Esther had a day out today, visiting some antiquities! She went to Castell Henllys Iron Age fort, where once upon a time Mrs Human dug holes in the ground. There are reconstructed roundhouses to look into!

Ffairfach!
Winston ‘ere. I’ve ‘ad a good day out at Ffairfach Auction Mart. The best thing is, it’s pronounced “fa-vark!” Lots of stuff on sale, but a bit slow on the watch sales front. Never mind.
Nonsuch’s Grand Day Out
We’ve had a visitor for a couple of nights – Nonsuch, from Norfolk, visiting with his humans. We welcomed him with our Welcome banner, and the customary celebratory snack.
Au revoir, PlayLab!
I went with the humans today to the PlayLab closing party (until they find somewhere else to pop up!). There were stars with all the helper’s names on, but I had unaccountably been left off. I put it right.
Off to the MakerFaire!
We went on a trip yesterday. It was a very long drive. We’ve never been here before! We were going to Newcastle, to the MakerFaire UK! On arrival, we were delighted to meet up with ApprenticeVaark (who lives with Dr Lucy Rogers) and Barry (who lives with Rob Ives).
Vincent likes to be beside the seaside!
The humans decided it was too nice to work today, so they went to the seaside and Vincent tagged along. They started with a spot of lunch in the sun.
Winston goes to Levenshulme
Winston had a trip out today, to Levenshulme Repair Cafe to see how it all worked. He set himself up with a nice coffee first of all.
Poopicorn!
We all went over to Leeds yesterday, to help install a poopicorn for Play Lab Leeds Fury got straight to work on the electrics, while we explored.
Moongazing
The Humans went out for the day with Mrs Human’s Mum, and Dim and Matilda went along. It was very cold so Matilda wore her fur coat, and Dim had his hoodie on. The day got off to a very promising start before they’d even left the car park!
Guild of Makers is go!
On Friday, we went to the launch of the Guild of Makers – the humans are founder members. We got there in good time to have a coffee and a pastry and do some networking.
