Matilda and Dim went out to count the sheep. Matilda was concerned that they couldn’t see any at all! Dim said they were probably all in the shade because it was Very Hot!

Moongazing
The Humans went out for the day with Mrs Human’s Mum, and Dim and Matilda went along. It was very cold so Matilda wore her fur coat, and Dim had his hoodie on. The day got off to a very promising start before they’d even left the car park!

After all our efforts at Winter Sports in the last couple of weeks, we are getting back to normal, and pottering about getting jobs done. For example, Winston is doing a stocktake.

We’re back on the ice today, for the figure skating. Our first pair are Peggy and Gino. How graceful they are!

We’re at the bob track again today for the luge. Only we’ve got a slight problem. No one remembered to buy a luge. Winston says he’ll sort it out.

Preparing a neep.
We vaarks always like an opportunity for a party, so naturally we celebrate Burns Night and have a traditional feast of Haggis, Neeps and Tatties. So today, Dim and Matilda decided to get ahead and prepare the Neep for cooking tomorrow. After all, it’s a big job for vaarks!

Now, we vaarks don’t like to gossip, but Dim and Matilda went out together last night. They went to our local coffee shop, the Malaga Drift Coffee Lounge for the regular jam session.
Dim presented Matilda with a small token of his appreciation of her.
He made sure her every whim was catered for.
They didn’t say much when they got in, but I think they enjoyed their evening.
